Report a problem in the game
Press Report a problem at the bottom of the home screen. It sends what you write with a few details that help us fix it: the game’s version, where you were in the game, your screen size and your browser.
Report a player or a message
Press Report on a message, a comment or a club in the game. Reports are checked within 48 hours, and anything that breaks the terms of use is removed.
Your account and data
To delete your account, see how to delete your account. To ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, email us. The privacy notice says what the game keeps and why.
