Delete your account

You can delete your Village Cricket Club Simulator account, and everything that goes with it, at any time.

1. Open the game at villagecricketclubsimulator.com, or the app, and sign in.
2. Press your name in the bar at the top to open Your account.
3. Press Delete my account, and confirm with your password (or your Google account).

It happens straight away.

• Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days, and you’ll get a reply to say it’s done.

• Your sign-in (your email address, or the link to your Google account) and your name in the game.
• Every club saved to your account, your best results and the hints you’ve unlocked.
• Everything you shared: your clubs’ cards, leaderboard entries, comments, chat messages, friendly proposals, friends’ league entries, message alerts and problem reports.

• Nothing from the game is kept once your account is deleted.
• If you email to ask for deletion, the email itself is kept for up to 12 months as a record that it was done, then deleted.
• Clubs played without an account are saved only in your browser or on your device: delete them from the game’s home screen, or clear the website’s data in your browser’s settings.
